Features
Every Helix mattress is built with a few details that make a real difference at night, from coil support to cooling covers. Here’s what to look for when you compare models.
Hybrid construction
Most Helix mattresses pair foam comfort layers with hundreds of individually wrapped steel coils, so the bed gives pressure relief on top and holds its shape underneath. Full perimeter edge support keeps the sides stable when you sit or sleep near the edge.

Zoned lumbar support
Luxe and Elite models have targeted zoned lumbar support that helps with spinal alignment and back pressure relief, which helps if you wake up with a sore lower back.
GlacioTex cooling cover
Hot sleepers can choose a silky GlacioTex™ cooling cover that draws heat away from the body, available on many Luxe and Elite models.

About brand
Helix Sleep is a mattress brand built on the idea that people sleep differently, so the mattress should match the person. Instead of offering one model for everyone, Helix asks about your body type, sleeping position, and comfort preferences through a short Sleep Quiz, then points you to the model that fits.
The lineup covers most needs. Firmness ranges from medium-firm models like the Midnight and Dusk to firmer ones like the Dawn, which is made for back and stomach sleepers. The Luxe and Elite lines add pillow tops, zoned lumbar support, and the GlacioTex™ cooling cover for people who sleep hot. Plus models use reinforced coils for plus-size sleepers, and a two-sided Kids mattress is made for growing children.
Most Helix mattresses are hybrids, with individually wrapped coils under layers of foam. The memory foam is poured in an Arizona facility.
Helix also sells mattress toppers, including the split Dual Comfort and the zoned ErgoAlign, plus a memory foam pet bed. Manufacturer defects are covered by a warranty, and accidental damage can be covered through the Mulberry plan.
I can make this shorter for an “About” section, or change the tone to something more casual or more direct.

I bought the Ergobaby carrier when my daughter was three weeks old, and I didn’t think I’d use it much. Now it’s the first thing I grab before a walk, a grocery run, or any time she won’t settle. The waist belt takes the weight off my shoulders, so my back doesn’t hurt after an hour like it did with my old carrier. It’s quick to put on, even with one hand, and she usually falls asleep against my chest within minutes. I’ve told every new parent I know to get one.

I wasn’t sure a carrier would suit me, but the Ergobaby changed that fast. My daughter is five months old, and wearing her gives me free hands for cooking, walking the dog, and getting through the morning when she won’t nap in her crib. The waist belt carries most of the weight, so my back feels fine even after a long walk. It’s easy to adjust, and she falls asleep on my chest almost every time. My wife and I both use it, and it’s the baby gear that gets picked up most.

My son is almost a year old and I still reach for the Ergobaby carrier every day. When he was a newborn it kept him snug against me while I got things done around the house. Now that he’s heavier, the padded waist belt still carries most of the weight, so I can wear him through a whole afternoon at the park without my shoulders aching. The straps adjust easily, and my husband can switch it to fit him in about a minute. It’s the one baby item I’d buy again without thinking twice.
FAQ
Take the Sleep Quiz. It looks at your body type, sleeping position, and comfort preferences, then points you to the model that fits. If you sleep hot, look at the Luxe and Elite models with the GlacioTex cooling cover. If you’re a plus-size sleeper, the Plus models use reinforced coils for extra support.
